..so i came from Scylla's gig at Saguijo together with Tom and Kirby and went back to Taft to rendezvous with the people at apt 1614 only to find Adi TOTALLY smashed. MV Adi Escay, sunk once again.

We help him back to john's car (the now famous, and ever loyal, UKP 180; barking suspension, asphalt fender highlights and all), and he's barely able to walk - hes propped up on me and Tom.

I tell him, "oy, adi, dito ka na sa backseat para makatulog a..." when he grabs me and suddenly asks me very clearly and seriously:

"Do the laws of relativity still apply here?"

I answer by saying something to the effect of as long as John does not drive to fast, Newton's laws should still hold good enough as true.

It must be adi's wikiphilia getting to him... HAHAHAHHA.

THose kano's get so fantastic about their news. I remember watching the evening news in LA, and i swear it was just drizzling. But mhen, the weather report was delivered like it was a warzone update! The guy was standing outside their studio in full rain gear screaming into the camera. The best came when he said "..and now let us take you to out LIVE camera feed from Hollywood where IT IS raining!!!" Then switch to camera obviously mounted above a high pole beside a street light BARELY showing the droplets of rain.
..and this kind of reporting went on for several more hours while it was still "raining".

Thats one of the things i noticed here in the first world, there isnt a stench (fish, rotting meat, combustion, sewage, etc) at all that ive come accustomed to smelling in cities.

All flights are full till next week.

Mark was arrested afterwards for sexually abusing his guitar.
Tirso was oh so pogi.
Manuel's playing was a mix of control and aggresion.

I was supposed to go with albert and/or john but they both cancelled. But i was too busy at work that i forgot to look for replacements. haha. I realized too late, at around 8pm, that i was going alone.
Frantic texting followed, to no avail. But i just had to go.

hehehe. So i got myself a table right by the stage. Actually, it was the only table left. I was soo close i could hear mr. Roy calling out the next song (yeah, they were winging parts of the set. Fucking awesome). Throughout the first set (Kinyhooters) i ordered 2 beers wc i drank SLLLOOOOWWWWLLLLYYYY just so i wouldnt get kicked out of my table.hahaha. 97 pesos per bottle! DAMN! Buti nalang mark joined me after their set. Hey, they wouldnt kick him out. So i didnt have to order SanMig Gintos anymore.hahaha.
